Okay. Let me break this down into THREE sections:

As you all know, I’m super busy making comics! With the launch of SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS #1-4, I’m doing my best to get that project ready for launch this Wednesday! I still have ONE LAST cover to get finished so we are truly on the wire!
MY SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA #3 was sent out digitally to backers last week, and I just got the physical books into my house this morning! Super exciting! I’ll spend Wednesday and Thursday getting the books ready for fulfillment, and then Friday to Sunday I’ll work on getting some fulfillment done. Unfortunately this fulfillment will have to be split into two parts since I’m missing one item and it’ll be shipped to me in two weeks. BUT! I’d rather just get started on some fulfillment now, you know?
BULLET ASSASSIN LIVING IN A FANTASY WORLD #3 is halfway through production and will be the next book we do!
BLACKJACK DUELIST is getting lettered next week and then sent to the printers!
NEW PROJECTS
Besides these current comic projects I’ve been working on some other things. Because SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS is coming to and end, and BULLET ASSASSIN will be ending very soon as well, my time will be freed up to do some other stuff. The projects I want to focus on are two fold, one that is permanent and one that is temporary.
Temporary Project: I want to create my own Batman series. Right now I have a 3-issue story I want to do. Whether I do more, or less, it doesn’t matter. That’s what I’m aiming for currently.
Permanent Project: I’m currently working on building out a new business/project that will heavily rely on Substack, and then trickle down to other social platforms. This new project is all about showcasing and teaching others how to turn their 9-5 jobs into acceleration machines to make more money, get better jobs, and even into entrepreneurial ventures. I know. Not comics related. But y’all know me…I love business and marketing.
Which brings me to our last update topic:
LIFE UPDATES
If you guys didn’t know, I run a marketing agency. It’s a startup and it has been exhausting, but rewarding. Over the last 14 months, I’ve been working with my friend Clint to build our clientele get them results, and continue to grow. Thanks to an investment we were given at the beginning, we were able to sustain ourselves this last year. We FINALLY hit the black and made profit (a whole $57) two months, last month we hit $4k in profit, and this month we’ll most likely hit $15k in profit, with a steady base of $10k in profit going forward.
3 weeks ago I went to Florida with my videographer Chance to hopefully work with a potential client. After an intense week of video shoots, product shoots, and marketing strategy, I got a message this morning saying they were moving forward with us and would wire us $20k on Tuesday.
So!
All in all. Where have I been?
Working. Traveling. Dying. Making comics. I’m on the grind.
However, these last three weeks have helped me re-position myself, my mindset, and honestly my life.
Here’s what I taken out of these last 2 months.
I want to make a habit of writing more. This is why from now on, I’m focusing most (if not all) of my businesses centered around writing. For comics, this means focusing heavily on Substack and Twitter (X). For my other businesses this means heavily communicating and creating detailed SOP’s for my teams. For my next project (9 to 5 Launchpad), it means writing daily and creating written products that can be used to help others use their 9-5s to accelerate their income, skills, and more.
I want to level up myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want to level up myself. Guys. I’m petty. I can let the lowest stupid people get under my skin and obsess over it for days, weeks, and even months. I want to focus purely on myself, my successes, becoming a better version of myself, and then using this transformation (hopefully) to help others as well and give opportunities to my friends.
I want focus on ONLY what is important to my goals. You know what I did a lot of these last two months? Not doing things that put ME or my goals first. I did a few debates on other people’s Youtube channels. While they were good discussions, ultimately I don’t think they moved the needle, they just stroked my ego and that was it. I spent 4 hours in a comics discussion when I could have spent 4 hours doing stuff that elevate and level up my self and my businesses.
So. To ask the question once again, where have I been?
I’ve been on the grind and working.
Where am I going?
