WHERE ARE MY BOOKS!!?!?!?!?!
Hey everyone! This is going to be a SUPER quick update to let you all know what is going on with the comics that YOU have backed on Kickstarter. We ended BULLET ASSASSIN LIVING IN A FANTASY WORLD successfully, and what’s super cool is that Kickstarter has a late pledge feature, so if you missed out on the campaign, it’s STILL AVAILABLE!
Okay! Here’s a quick update on projects!
WHERE ARE MY BOOKS!!!!!????
This is a 100% fair question, so let’s hit these one-by-one. But first, let me preface these updates with a LIFE update. Currently I’m finishing my basement (we should be done in 3 weeks) but that has taken up a lot of my ability to work on comics and fulfill books since I had to move my studio upstairs and every time I try and package books, I wake up my kids since my “office” is next to them. So. I’m working on things but I’m very slowww.
SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS: This is the current campaign that I am fulfilling actively. I should have this campaign 100% fulfilled by SATURDAY this week. So. Fingers crossed.
MY SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA: The file for the book got corrupted and it broke my heart. I had a MASSIVE meltdown. Luckily I found a backup file, re-lettered the book, and now it’s with the editor. By the time you read this email, Patrick should be sending me the edits. The goal is to have everyone their DIGITAL copy this week, and then get this book sent to the printer!
THE GIRL WITH THE MEGA FISTS: The art is 100% completed on this book. Once I finish fulfillment of Super Plumber Sisters and get My Sexy Witch Academia to the printers, I’m going to spend the rest of my time lettering this book, and getting it to you guys. If all goes well, we should be fulfilling Sexy Witch and Mega Fists physical books in September.
Let’s Have a Heart-to-Heart
Okay. You can stop reading now if you want, but if you want to stick around you’re more than welcome.
I realized a few weeks ago that what I’m doing is unsustainable in my current life situation. The reason why I was able to do 4-5 series at the same was because I was unemployed, and I had ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD to make comics and get them to y’all. Well. That isn’t the case anymore.
So my goal for the rest of the year to is to grind grind grind so that I can complete the SUPER PLUMBER SISTERS and BULLET ASSASSIN series, which will then leave me with just THE GIRL WITH THE MEGA FISTS and MY SEXY WITCH ACADEMIA. Two series is manageable. Four series is NOT.
With this extra free time I’ll be able to get back to doing what I love doing, which is marketing and making content…something that I haven’t done or had time to do this year.
I want to get back to talking about the comics and manga I love, as well as show off my new hobby: getting my butt kicked on YuGiOh!
I’m just ready to get back to a “balanced” life, because the last 12-months have been CHAOTIC and I’m ready for things to just chill.

nice to hear there's progress. On everything you do.
However, as a professional Sysadmin I have to say: No backups? No sympathy!
You're a professional taking money for your work, so invest some in proper data security!
On a more casual note: Is that a PvP YuGiOh title? I never found PvP appealing, it's very busted. I bought Legacy of the Duelist: LE on my switch three years ago. 40 bucks for all ~11k cards seemed like a fair deal. xD Add to that multiple dozen hours of single player content, spanning all five instances of the series. Works for me.
Also by "complete the series", do you mean Super Plumber Sisters will end prematurely, or was it always planned as a two/three-issue series?
