Well if you don't mind the mainstream works too much, a good place to check out are the two most popular works of the Western genre in that regard: Jonah Hex(comics) and Trigun(manga).

I haven’t seen a lot of western comics lately, but a friend of mine did mention a comic called Pistol Shrimp that seems to fit that description! 😁

Dude, Tyler! I used to have the Fisher Price toy sets when I was younger, too! They had one for Knights, Pirates, and even Robin Hood, too! The sky was the limit with those kinda toy sets! 🤩
